Basic and less expensive steps to clean up Pambujan and his 26 Barangays
1. Big Space

2. Garbages must be stored 7 feet below ground and must have rooftop and sidings to stop from attracting unwanted visitor such as flies.
3. Must be sorted up and must be wash with bleach everyday.
4. Need 1 Truck to use for pick up garbages from the houses.
5. Pick up garbages twice per week.
6. Divided garbages into different 5 Areas

- Make all wood, branch, bamboo as bins,
chairs , tables and others.
- Wood can be use to build houses.
- Dry food scrap under the hot sun such as fruit skin and others
- Blend the dry food scrap to use as a food plant( before
drying add salt to stop from decaying)
- Paper scrap make them as plain paper (how to make plain paper? Soak the paper in the water for several hours. Blend and add liquid glue. Make thin paper size of the mixture and dry them.

How to recycle plastic bags and containers?
1. Sell them to another Recycling Center
2. Desolve plastics and tins in molten lava to make pots, frying pan, silverware and many others. How to? Mix the plastic bags or plastic in a molten lava. Pour the mixture into a shape of frying pan, pots and silverware.

How to build Sewer System?
1. Build 3 underground Pipes on the middle of the streets.
Number 1 Pipes
- For feces coming from the bathroom .
Number 2 Pipes
- For dirty water coming from the houses such as laundry, washing dishes, shower and rain water.
Number 3 Pipes
- For clean water to use for washing dishes, shower, laundry, flushing toilet and others.
2. Underground pipes are connected to ALL houses, All Schools, All Businesses. Houses even Nipa Hut.
3. Build Water and Waste Facility to collect these waste and clean water to use for all people in Pambujan and his 27 Barangays.
3. All 7066 household must be connected to these pipes.

1. Collect 5 empty large barrels. You can get them for free.
2. Clean them using bleach and disinfectant

4. Make small holes on the Barrels for the hoses

How to treat the dirty water?
Drain the dirty water into an empty barrel three times . Separate all the particles. Once particles are removed, put Chlorine. Air it. Burn the particles.
